UDL-In-Action Community Challenge Contest Details
We are excited to launch an Oxford County UDL-In-Action Community Wide Challenge to showcase the great inclusive practices taking place within our Early Learning programs and environments, and win some great prizes!
Early Learning Professionals within Oxford County are invited to share a picture of their UDL strategies in action, along with a brief description of the specific strategy being represented, as well as linking this strategy to the Universal Design for Learning principles: Engagement (The Why); Representation (The What); Expression (The How). Further information about UDL and the 3 Principles can be found on Childinü Oxford Resource Links.
Please note that no identifying information regarding any children within your program should be visible within the photo submission. Any identifying information will be blocked out prior to submissions being posted on the elpoxford.ca website.
Submissions will be considered for one of the following categories:
- Third Party Nomination
Prizes will be awarded for each category through randomized draw in early December. Prize winners will be announced on the Chıldınü Oxford Team Facebook Page and contacted directly. Contact information collected will be used for the sole purpose of connecting with the prize winners and will never be shared. The picture and description will be posted on www.eploxford.com website UDL Resources to build a catalog of strategies to share within our community.
